Description The CXP84412/84416 is a CMOS 8-bit single chip microcomputer integrating on a single chip an A/D converter, serial interface, timer/counter, time base timer, 32kHz timer/counter, remote control reception circuit and other servo systems besides the basic configurations of 8-bit CPU, ROM, RAM, and I/O port. The CXP84412/84416 also provides and a sleep/ stop function that enables lower power consumption. 80 pin QFP (PIastic)
